Are you looking for a simple idea for your next birthday party, sit in or just for yourself to have a nice snack?
Then you should really try these different dips, slice some veggies, provide some tortilla chips, pretzel sticks, rice cakes, chiabatta baguette and whatever you like to have for this awesome dipping party and make yourself a nice evening with friends.
I did this platter on my birthday-sit-in with 10-15 friends and everybody loved it – almost everything was eaten up.
So I sliced carrots, capsicum, cucumber, kohlrabi and tomatoes. I also added some salty stuff to this platter: pretzels, sesame sticks, salted tortilla chips and some tomato-basil rice cracker.
Not quite a big deal to prepare all this and still a nice snack for you and your friends!
Ingredients for the guacamole:
1 Avocado (ripe)
1-2 tbsp Soy Yoghurt
Salt, Pepper, optional ‘Guacamole Gewürz’ from Just Spices
Use a food processor, hand blender or just a fork to mash the avocado and mix it with the rest of the ingredients.
Ingredients for the Hummus:
200g chickpeas (1 can)
3 tbsp tahini
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
Salt, Pepper, optional ‘Hummus Gewürz’ from Just Spices
Use a food processor or a hand blender to mix all the inredients. Make sure to keep some of the chickpea water in case the texture is too thick for you. Add as much as you like until you have your favourite texture.
Ingredients for the herbal dip:
5 tbsp Soy Yoghurt
Salt, Pepper, fresh chive, optional ‘Kräuterquarkgewürz’ from Just Spices
Just mix all the ingredients and add as much salt, pepper and herbs as you like it.
