Pink Sour Beauty

I just tried this recipe during my 17 Day Detox and loved it so much. It´s super healthy, it boosts your metabolism and it´s super easy and quick to make.
The recipe is from the Insmooth Detox from which contains many great smoothie recipes, snack and lunch ideas as well as tips for the perfect detox and healthy lifestyle.
Even though this recipe is not from me, I just had to share it with you. It´s really really good 🙂

Lemons as well as ginger are super healthy. They help the immune system and as I said the metabolism. Best things to add to smoothies and also food especially during cold days or to prepare your body to a detox like I did.
Combined with my beloved pomegrante seeds and apple juice makes this one just perfect.

Try it and convince yourself!


Ingredients for 1 Smoothie:

1 Pomegranate
1 Apple
1 Piece of Ginger
1/2 Lemon
1 tbsp Agave
200 ml Apple Juice (unfiltered)


Peel the pomegrante and put the seeds into your blender. Core the apple and peel the ginger and add both to your blender. Strain the half of a lemon and add the juice as well as agave and apple juice also to your blender. Mix for a couple of minutes until you have a smooth texure.
