Warming Acai Bowl

You can also enjoy this one cold if it´s a hot summer day and need some refreshing. Just blend it in your high speed food processor and enjoy it as a smoothie in the sun, to-go or to share it with your friends.

You could even use this bowl as a topping for nicecream, waffles, pancakes, crepes, oatmeals or a pudding. Or you just enjoy it like I really like it: Warm and with some nice superfood toppings to give it an extra kick.

Ingredients for 1 Bowl:

150 g frozen Blackberries
1/2 Mango
1 Lime
1 tbsp Acai Powder, e.g. from Berioo
1 tbsp Agave
Popped Quinoa, Coconut Flakes and Mulberries as toppings

Instruction:

Heat up the frozen blackberries and let them stirr until you have a fruit sauce. Cut a mango in half, remove the skin and add it to your blackberry sauce. Squeeze the lime and add it together with the acai powder and the agave to the bowl. After some minutes of stirring, use a hand blender to puree everthing. Enjoy ❤
