Turmeric Coconut Oatmeal

What looks like Curry Powder and has a similar spicy note is so much better and healthier!
Let me introduce you to the awesome superfood Turmeric – in case you haven´t known it until now 😉

Back to this beauty.
As you might know, I´m such a oatmeal lover and I love to experiment with different kinds of flavours.
So this is a very spicy and delicous version of my favourite breakfast.

And for now, it´s one of my favourite versions 😀

Ingredients for 1 Bowl:

1/2 can of Coconut Milk (full fat)
5 tbsp Oats
1 tsp Chia Seeds, e.g. from Berioo
1 tsp Flax Seeds
1 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Maca, e.g. from Berioo
1 tbsp Agave
Apple slices, Orange slices and Chia Seeds as toppings

Instruction:

Use half of the coconut meat and half of the coconut water from your can and heat it together with the oats, chia and flex seeds. Once it´s a sticky texture add turmeric, maca and agave to it and mix everything until it´s well combined. In case you want it more liquid, feel free to add more coconut water or coconut milk.
