Having pancakes on sunday seems regular on Instagram and I don´t disagree with that. But for me every day is a perfect day for pancakes! Well, of course I don´t have pancakes everyday because I love all the other delicious breakfast stuff way too much but I did have a whole weekend full of pancakes. Pancake-Friday, Pancake-Saturday and because that went pretty well I also had a Pancake-Sunday 😀

When it comes to the ingredients you can replace some of them, so that´s what I did with my basic recipe – as usual.
Some superfoods and cocoa powder et voila: Superfood Pancakes à la chocolat
Kick start the day with something good and yummy!
Ingredients for 10 Pancakes:
150 g Flour
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Coconut Sugar, e.g. from Berioo
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 tbsp Hemp Protein Powder, e.g. from Berioo
1,5 tbsp Acai Powder, e.g. from Berioo
a pinch of Salt
2 tbsp natural Soy Yoghurt
250 ml Coconut Milk
Soy Yoghurt, Almonds and Dark Chocolate as toppings
Mix all the dry ingredients and add milk and yoghurt while blending. Also add water 1-2 tbsp water and mix until everything is well combined. Let it rest for a while. In the meantime heat oil in a pan on full heat. Before you form your favourite size of pancakes, make sure do reduce the heat to half. Bake up to 10 medium sized pancakes from both sides and enjoy them with different kinds of toppings ❤
