This fruit pizza is such a great idea for a brunch or a nice breakfast with friends and/or family.
Or you can have it as a dessert or eat it as a usual piece of cake in the afternoon…
It´s perfectly healthy and delicious and it looks so proffessional, right?!
Well it´s really not that comblicated to make and apart from the soaking for at least 1-2 hours it´s very fast to prepare.
And another very great thing and you might know that love that: You can not only change the toppings to your favourites, you can also vary the ingredients of the crust. If you prefer cashews instead of almonds and pecans, that will totally work. Same goes for figs and plums – you can use dates if you like them more.

So let´s get stared. Once you have let the nuts and the seeds spak in water for a couple of hours or ideally over night and blended everything with the figs and plums in a food processor, you can spread your crust into your favourite baking pan and add some sunflower seeds – Attention: don´t forget to grease the pan.
Bake the crust for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees (C). You can bake it a little bit more if you think it´s not crunchy enough but you should remove it from the oven when the crust starts to darken too much.
After a little cool down, spread some cream cheese (soy yoghurt or curd also fit here) and start to slice your fruits.
Well the fruits are pretty hard to choose right?
There is seriously nothing you can´t use to top your sweet pizza. I like using strawberries because they are my favourite berries and they look so pretty sliced like that 🙂 Banana, frozen Raspberries and also Pomegrante Seeds is something I always have at home, so I often go with that as well. I also added Grapes, Blueberries and Kiwi but it´s pretty much up to you because you really can´t do something wrong with your toppings.
Try Mango, Oranges, Blackberries, Apples, Pears, Pineapple, Plums or whatever you feel like. You also don´t have to use different kind of fruits. I´m sure it´s super yummy with just one fruit on top as well 🙂
100 g Nuts (I used Almonds and Pecans)
1 tbsp Flax Seeds
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
8 dried Figs
3 dried Plums
1-2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
Vegan Cream Cheese (natural)
Fruits of your choice like Raspberries, Banana, Grapes, Pomegranate Seeds, Strawberries, Blueberries & Kiwi.
Mix the nuts with the flax and chia seeds and let everything soak in water over night or at least 1-2 hours. Also let the figs together with the plums soak in water the same time. On the next morning put everything together in a food processor and blend it until it´s a well combined crumbled paste. Spread your “dough” into a tart or cake pan after you spread some coconut oil in it. Then add the sunflower seeds on top and bake it for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees (C). Let everthing cool down before you spread the cream cheese on it and decorate it with your favourite fruits.
