Lunch, Dinner, Side Dish or just a Snack – I love eating raw veggies and dunk it in my favorite healthy dip.
The mexican based avocado-cream called Guacamole can be made with different kinds of ingredients but the basis is always a fresh and nourishing avocado. It´s such a superfood-fruit, take a look here if you want to learn more about it!
Guacamole can be used as a dip for Veggies or Nachos but is also very delicious as a spread on toasts or wraps.
1 Avocado (ripe)
1-2 tbsp Soy Yoghurt
Salt, Pepper, optional ‘Guacamole Gewürz’ from Just Spices
Cut the Avocado in half, remove the stone and the paring and either mash it with a fork or use a blender. Add the soy yoghurt, the lemon juice, salt, pepper and if you like some herbs and mix everything. If you don´t eat it immediately, make sure to cover it and put it in the fridge until served.
Another very nice version is to add diced tomatoe and onion to the basic recipe 🙂
