Berry Boost

Because I love fruits so much I love making smoothies with them. And there is seriously nothing better than having a fresh smoothie in the summer – and even better if it´s made from fruits you picked by yourself.
Not that simple in Germany but at least we have the chance to pick strawberries & blackberries easily.

This smoothie is quite a boost which brings loads of energy and fibers. Attention metabolism – you have some help after this one 😉 You learn more about some of these ingredients in my Superfood A-Z…

Ingredients for 1 Smoothie:

Hand full of Blackberries
Hand full of Raspberries
Hand full of Strawberries
Hand full of Blueberries
1 tsp Acai, e.g. from Berioo
1 tbsp Pomegranate Seeds
1 tbsp Gojis, e.g. from Berioo
Sweetness (optional – e.g. Agave or liquid Stevia)

Instruction:

Get your blender ready for this Super-Smoothie and mix it!
