There is literally always time for a smoothie.
I love starting my day with a Kickstart-Detox-Smoothie or have an icecold Summer-Smoothie on hot days. Also I think it´s perfect to have a Pre- or Post-Workout-Smoothie with healthy ingredients and a little extra protein.
All you need is a good blender and your favorite ingredients – so let´s mix it 😉
Here is a refreshing recipe for a summer day or a little summer feeling if it´s pooring outside 😉
Ingredients for 1 Smoothie:
about 5 leaves of Romana Salad
1/3 of a small Watermelon
1 stalk of fresh Mint
1 Passion Fruit
The best part of smoothies is the making. No big deal, no confusing preparations – just blend everything in a high speed blender until you have a well combined smoothie and fill it in your favorite jar to enjoy 🙂
