If you´re looking for a quick, healthy and delicious snack you can always go with any kind of bliss balls.
They are super quick to make and you can replace the ingredients easily.
These one or with Goji berries, cocoa nibs and psyllium which are high in viba and antioxidants. Feel free to replace these ingredients with sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, mulberries or whatever comes to your mind.

Ingredients for about 12-15 Bites:
80 g Oats
20 g Goji Berries, e.g. from Berioo
10 g Cocoa Nibs, e.g. from Berioo
1 tbsp blond psyllium
1 tbsp Cranberry Syrup
about 10 tbsp Water
2 tbsp fine Coconut Flakes
Mix all ingredients with your hands or with a blender (dough hooks) on the lowest level until well combined.
When you have one big ball, make sure to let it rest for about 10 minutes.
Now you can start to form small balls and roll them in the coconut flakes for an extra yummy flavour.
Enjoy this healthy snack after a little while in the fridge 🙂
