Pancakes (basic recipe)

After like hundrets of failures I have finally found my favourite and always successful recipe for pancakes ❤

The best part: You can add ingredients like cocoa, coconut, protein powders or whatever you like to enjoy different variations.

Ingredients for about 10 Pancakes:

75 g Buchwheat Flour
75 g Wholemeal
1 tbsp Baking Powder
a pinch of Salt
1 tbsp Agave
1 Banana
250 ml Almond Milk
2 tbsp Water
Oil for the pan
Toppings of your choice

Instructions:

Preheat a pan with a teaspoon of oil on max. heat and mix all dry ingredients. Puree or mash the banana with a fork and add together with milk, water and sweetness to the other ingredients and blend until smooth. Reduce the heat to half and start roasting your pancakes from both sides for about 2 minutes.
My favourite toppings are pomegranate seeds, almond yoghurt or peanut butter ❤
