After like hundrets of failures I have finally found my favourite and always successful recipe for pancakes ❤
No need for eggs or cow milk – just healthy, whole grain and plant based ingredients for the perfect sunday (or any other day of the week) breakfast or snack. I´m pretty sure you can skip or replace some of the sweet ingredients too, if you want savory pancakes for lunch or dinner. You can find an idea with zucchini and carrots here.
Another great fact: You can add ingredients like cocoa, coconut, protein powders or whatever you like to enjoy different variations. Thats what I love most about basic recipes – just be creative 🙂
Ingredients for about 10 Pancakes:
75 g Buchwheat Flour
75 g Wholemeal
1 tbsp Baking Powder
a pinch of Salt
1 tbsp Agave
250 ml Almond Milk
2 tbsp Water
Oil for the pan
Toppings of your choice
Preheat a pan with a teaspoon of oil on max. heat and mix all dry ingredients. Puree or mash the banana with a fork and add together with milk, water and sweetness to the other ingredients and blend until smooth. Reduce the heat to half and start roasting your pancakes from both sides for about 2 minutes.
My favourite toppings are pomegranate seeds, almond yoghurt or peanut butter ❤
